Brighton, England

my friend Kamran picked me up from London Heathrow around 10 am. we went back to his house, i took a shower and then we were off for an hour drive to brighton england. it was a gorgeous day!!!! i wore pants....but the sun was out and that is all i could ask:)

off to europe tomorrow morning.....

i am off tomorrow morning to go over to europe. this will be my 5th time in 7.5 years. i cant believe i have been so many times now. going over there is such routine! hahahahahahaha. i will be in england, scotland, ireland, france and spain. i am travleing with my best friend eric and my friend lansea (from canada) for those of u that didnt know......my brother is getting married in scotland next fri.....8-8-08!! stay tuned for some more posts and pics as i travel. i am gone until aug 23. on another note.......i will be having a teaching interview for capo via phone while i am in europe...hahahahahaha...only me, i swear. it would be a dream come true if i got the job. as of now i am unemployed! keep your fingers crossed for me:)

July 4th

I went up to my friend Stacey's house on July 3rd at night to avoid the traffic on the am of the 4th. Her neighbors go all out for the 4th. Jimi Hendrix's version of the Star Spangeled Banner was blarred at 8 am.....followed by an amazing breakfast next door. We then went to the garage and got out the bikes. There were 30 of us and we decided that we were going to be int he parade. After riding around for a bit...we found the beginning of the parade and jumped in front of the cops/fireman...they didnt say anything...so we rode most of the parade route....awesome! We got back and jumped in the ocean b/c it was so hot out. We had an amazing bbq, went to a few other parties, had some friends meet up with us...fireworks off the pier....good times for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i went jacksonville to see my cousin, his wife amber and my uncle keith and mary. i also went to st. augustine for my friend michelle's wedding. i went to high school with her. i had a blast all 5 days. we had some amazing thunderstorms..they are my favorite.

father's day

we drove up to my cousin's house in woodland hills to celebrate father's day. my cousin sharmy had knee surgery...so its a lil hard for her to get around. we chilled all day INSIDE b/c it was over 100 outside. we had a great bbq. we also celebrated my parents 34th wedding anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bj's reunion

I worked at Bj's in HB for 5 1/2 long years. I still keep in touch with a lot of people i worked with. It is hard to get most of us in a room at the same time. Susie had a b-day party for her bf (now fiance after the bday party:) It was hawaiian themed...good times for sure!!
